Application:

Glycinamide Hydrochloride (H-Gly-NH2·HCl) (CAS: 1668-10-6) is a buffer that is useful in the physiological pH range. And it is also used as a pharmaceutical intermediate, in the organic synthesis, used for peptide coupling. The product is cyclized with glyoxal to obtain 2-hydroxy pyrazine, and then chlorinated with phosphorus trichloroxy to obtain 2, 3-dichloropyrazine, used in the production of sulfonamides SMPZ. Synthesis route: It is obtained by amination of methyl chloroacetate. The a mmonia water was cooled to below 0℃, and me thyl chloroacetate was added, and the temperature was kept for 2h. A mmonia was passed to a predetermined amount at a temperature below 20℃, and the remaining a mmonia was eliminated after 8h of standing reaction, then the concentration was raised to 60℃ under reduced pressure to obtain Glycinamide Hydrochloride.

Melting point: Capillary determination method. Should be 200.0~205.0℃ The sample was ground into powder of about 0.1g and dried in a blast oven at 105℃ for half an hour, then loaded into a capillary tube and packed. When the oil temperature in the melting point instrument rises to 190℃, put the capillary into it and control the heating rate at 3℃ per minute. Observe the initial melting point of the contents of the capillary and continue heating until all the contents in the capillary melt to the final melting point. Content: Titration by AgNO3 Weigh the sample 0.2000g, dissolve it in distilled water and dilute it to 100ml, add 3-5 drops of potassium chromate indicator, and titrate with 0.1000M standard silver nitrate to the end point. Calculation: Content %=V×M÷G×0.1105×100 V- Volume consumed by standard silver nitrate titration in ml M- standard silver nitrate concentration mol/L G- Weigh the sample g Moisture measurement: K-F method: Add 10ml anhydrous methanol into the precision moisture meter, titrate K-F reagent with water equivalent greater than 3mg/ml to the end point, quickly sample 1.0000g, put into the above anhydrous methanol, titrate with K-F reagent to the end point; Record the titration volume ml.
