Application:
Glycinamide Hydrochloride (H-Gly-NH2·HCl) (CAS: 1668-10-6) is a buffer that is useful in the physiological pH range. And it is also used as a pharmaceutical intermediate, in the organic synthesis, used for peptide coupling. The product is cyclized with glyoxal to obtain 2-hydroxy pyrazine, and then chlorinated with phosphorus trichloroxy to obtain 2, 3-dichloropyrazine, used in the production of sulfonamides SMPZ. Synthesis route: It is obtained by amination of methyl chloroacetate. The a mmonia water was cooled to below 0℃, and me thyl chloroacetate was added, and the temperature was kept for 2h. A mmonia was passed to a predetermined amount at a temperature below 20℃, and the remaining a mmonia was eliminated after 8h of standing reaction, then the concentration was raised to 60℃ under reduced pressure to obtain Glycinamide Hydrochloride.Package & Storage:
Melting point: Capillary determination method.
